SpeakEasy Roundtable

Confident communication isn't a personality trait—it's a skill. If you don't feel comfortable giving presentations or navigating conflicts at work, it's not because of your personality.

It's because you're using strategies that weren't designed for you. Strategic silence and thoughtful observation are strengths when you know how to use them.

Join us for SpeakEasy Roundtable, a monthly virtual event to build your quiet authority. The next event is Thursday, November 19th.

Communication isn't a soft skill. It's an essential skill.

You're tired of hearing:
“You’re too quiet.”
“You need to speak up more.”
“You need more executive presence.”

You've read the books and blogs but none of those strategies seems to stick.

SpeakEasy Roundtable is the support I wish I'd had—practical techniques from someone who's been in your shoes.

A room where you don't have to be the loudest to be heard.

Feedback on how you communicate, without fighting for your turn.

A place to practice sharing your opinion, without being told you need to come out of your shell.

You'll learn from peers and leave with at least one technique to increase your presence in your next presentation or meeting.

What people are saying:

"My meetings are more conversational now. Coaching has allowed me to be more agile and create a better experience for the customer. It gave me more time to focus on learning the content versus learning the talk track. I can be a trusted advisor to customers versus presenting at them."

Lauren Caska

Slack, Account Manager

"You gave me clarity, focus and confidence, which has helped me to become more persuasive and concise, as well as more present in what I do, both at work and at home."

Yvonne Bartlett

RevCult, Director of Sales and Business Development

"The most impactful thing from our work was resolving my hurdle around 'where I'd been vs where I was going'. Working through that helped me release an outdated narrative. So much has evolved since then."

Nicole Heim

Nicole Heim Studio

"Thank you for a great conversation today! I'm heading into a creative presentation this afternoon, so it couldn't have been more timely."

Sean Crowley

COO & Head of Strategy

You don't have to be loud to be heard.
